Refund Policy

1. One‑Time Courtesy Refund

If you are dissatisfied with a purchase, e‑mail support@ccmedia.studio within 7 calendar days of the transaction. We will issue a one‑time courtesy refund to the original payment method. This policy applies to both recurring subscriptions and pay‑per‑view (“PPV”) content.

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.

4. Multiple Purchases / Abuse

Users who repeatedly purchase and refund content may have their accounts suspended or permanently banned at our discretion.

5. Creator Revenue Adjustments

Refund amounts are deducted from the creator’s revenue share on the next payout cycle.
