All visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct appearing on this Site—and on any sub‑domain operated by Celestial Crown Media LLC (“Crown Media,” “we,” “us,” “our”)—are exempt from the provisions of 18 U.S.C. §2257(a)–(c) and 28 C.F.R. §75 because they do not fall within the statutory definition of “sexually explicit conduct” as specifically described in 18 U.S.C. §2256(2)(A)(i)–(v).
However, we voluntarily comply with the record‑keeping requirements set forth in 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. §75 to ensure all performers were at least 18 years of age at the time of production.
Crown Media serves as a secondary producer (as defined in 28 C.F.R. §75.1(c)) of user‑generated content hosted on the Site. Primary producers (the individual creators) maintain original age‑verification records and provide copies to Crown Media under our Content License Agreement.
